Little Sime who made thee?
Dost thou know who made thee?
Gave thee tentacles and need
Bid thee kill the Gen with greed
Gave thee sight to pierce the dark
Let thee hear the silent. Hark!
Gave thee speed that blurs the sight
Made thee stalk for sheer delight
     Little Sime who made thee?
Dost thou know who made thee?

     Little Sime what are thee?
Dost thou know what are thee?
Are thee mutant more than I
Our difference is not hard to spy
Would the ones who came before
Settle us upon that score
I a Gen and thou a Sime
Dance with death through out all time
     Little Sime who made thee?
Dost thou know who made thee?

Nager! Nager! burning bright
Promising such pure delight
What imagined hand or eye
Could frame thy glorious symmetry?

In what distant star strewn skies
Burnt the power that defies
Lifted it up to make it whole
Set the fire in thy soul

And what mind and with what art,
Placed wells of light within thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
What great hand set us to meet?

When the stars blazed in their spheres
And the night was filled with tears
Did she smile her work to see?
Did she who made the Sime make thee?

Nager! Nager! burning bright
Promising such sheer delight
What imagined hand or eye
Could frame thy glorious symmetry?
